Putnick Wedding - July 25, 2009

It is always so nice to do a wedding where everyone is happy and the weather co-operates. I was fortunate to assist Vicki Shapiro and Jeff Putnik on their wedding, July 25th in Saugatuck, Michigan. More then 1/2 the guests were from the Detroit area and enjoyed a fabulous weekend of golf, shopping in South Haven, Holland and Saugtuck and a wonderful wedding. Rabbi Loss from Temple Israel performed the ceremony and Jamez from Cloud 9 in Canton was their DJ.

The wedding was outside at the Laketown Golf and Conference Center. The weather was fabulous and the chuppah was held by four close family and friends. Afterward, hors d'oeuvres were served on the terrace before the guests entered the beautiful Laketown Banquet Hall.

The wedding would not be complete without a picture of Mr. Pickles, their pet dog.

The colors black and hot pink looked great in the hall. With colorful flowers, hot pink mints at each place settingand a beautiful cake, the room looked beautiful. The head table had 14 people at it and the 21 round tables filled the room.

One of the best cakes I have ever tasted, Elliots in St. Joseph, Michigan was a fabulous way to end a great dinner. Colorful cookies and other pastries on the sweet table, were all made by Elliots.

The new Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Putnik.
