After eight years of dating, Elyse and Ryan finally tied the knot.

Pegasus did a great job with the LED lighting. Lighting definitely adds ambiance to a room. The ceremony room looked gorgeous. Breath of Spring did a great job.

The day was gorgeous and our couple looked "hot"!

Only 5 more hours to go: but Elyse was smart, she brought a few comfortable pairs of shoes with her. Once they announced her and her husband into the room, the energy kicked right back in. Intrigue the band, was fantastic and had to stop at 1am.

Can you tell the cake is fake? That is all but the second layer.

There were high and low center pieces.
White with touches of purple. Lots of candles.

And of course the Royal Park Hotel put out a beautiful sweet table at the end of the night. Then at 11:30 pm out came slides, home made chips and pizza for guests to nibble on. A fabulous night was had by everyone.

Susan and Bill Keller were so happy to be celebrating their son Chase's Bar Mitzvah at Peking House in Royal Oak. Their younger son had such a good time he cannot wait for his Bar Mitzvah in 5 or 6 years! Better start saving now mom and dad!


The guests were greeted with a beautiful place card table that later turned into the give away table. All the kids took home t-shirts. The signage was created by The Artful Chameleon.


Lots of dancing and give-aways. How cute are they in the slit glasses! And boy could they dance!


Chase was a gracious host and took his picture with all the girls. Everyone was on the dance floor showing off their moves. Chase happens to be an excellent dancer and so is his little brother.


The centerpieces were a combination of Happy Belly Cupcakes that smelled great and basketballs by The Artful Chameleon. As soon as you sat at the tables you wanted to eat the centerpieces! They were delicious and looked like basketballs.


The evening went great with Cloud 9 Entertainment keeping everyone dancing and Steve Kaufman doing hundreds of photo give-aways. A great time was had by all family and friends.

River Birch Lodge Wedding

A unique, personalized card holder was placed on the gift table along with small evergreen trees that were the favors for guests to take home. How cute is that!

Beckie descending down the grand staircase to begin the wedding. She wore a beautiful white lace gown that had a french bustle. Her hair and make up were done at the Lodge so she was ready on time and looked beautiful. Her smile tells it all!


Another perfect wedding at the River Birch Lodge - today was a magnificent day for Beckie and Brian. If you love the outdoors and nature, you will love getting married at the River Birch Lodge.


One of the main rooms in the house can hold 50 - 60 people (5 tables) very comfortably. You do have to rent all tables and chairs and linens. But working with Gerych's makes it easy since they are close by and have everything you need....dishes, linens, tables, chairs, napkins, etc

After a morning of rain, the clouds left and the bride and groom were married outside. But before they greeted their guests, Beckie and Brian took pictures inside and outside the River Birch Lodge.

The bride and grooms 8 month old puppy Tuna walked down the aisle with the ring bearer. He was the "best dog" and did a great job. He did stay the evening and received a lot of attention.

A beautiful cake was served with truffles for dessert. The cake was created by Lakes Cake in Commerce Township serving all of Oakland and S.E. Michigan.
